    What is the relationship between anodic oxidation time and film quality?

  • Under the conditions of the same solution concentration and other technological conditions, with the extension of anodic oxidation time, the oxide film generated on the surface of the workpiece (within a certain range) will gradually thicken, and the pores will increase, which is favorable for dyeing.

  • Is stirring of solution necessary for anodic oxidation?

  • During the anodic oxidation, it is necessary to adopt the compressed air stirring solution, because the heat generated during the anodic oxidation, such as the accumulation of the solution on the surface of the oxide film, will lead to the accelerated dissolution of the oxide film, so as to reduce the overall performance of the parts.By using compressed air to stir the solution, the heat generated by the parts can be quickly dispersed, and the cooling solution can be made to cool the surface of the parts, so that the solution on the surface of the parts circulation.So as to ensure the normal oxidation process, but also to improve the uniformity of oxide film thickness.

    Aluminum is one of the most widely anodized metals.Anodic oxidation of aluminum is generally carried out in an acid electrolyte with aluminum as the anode.In the process of electrolysis, the anion of oxygen interacts with aluminum to produce oxide film.This film is not dense enough at the beginning of formation. Although there is a certain resistance, the negative oxygen ions in the electrolyte can still reach the surface of the aluminum and continue to form the oxide film.As the film thickness increases, the resistance increases and the electrolytic current decreases.
